 Beginning in Escrow, I was involved in the day to day tasks of what it takes to make a real estate transaction actually happen. From the opening to the closing, I have seen every possible situation during my 4 1/2 years in ecrow. 

From Escrow I moved to the Mortgage side of real estate. Learning fast the intricate details of loan origination, I quickly became a top producer and used my knowledge to better assist my clients in the lending field. Knowing the "behind the scenes" of the Loan and Escrow industry has given me a competitive edge and allows me to save people thousands of dollars in loan and escrow costs.

Naturally, the next level of real estate was to actually take this Escrow and Finance experience and apply it to the Sales aspect.  Starting out in 1994, I begin marketing and representing real estate transactions in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas. I have been a top producer over the years for companies like Paramount Properties, Pinnacle Estates, Re/Max and now Keller Williams Realty. The power of Keller Williams Realty has proven to be the leader in real estate companies with name recognition, global exposure and marketing tools second to none.  

In striving to provide a high level of service in real estate, I am always learning from other top producing sales professionals through real estate coaching, networking and seminars. I look to provide the latest technology and marketing concepts to my clients and I align myself with other associates to get the data and critical information you need to make decisions in this volatile real estate market.

On my personal time, I enjoy coaching youth basket ball for the local park and recreation centers, camping in the mountains, snow boarding, jet skiing and spending time at the beach. I spend most free time with my two teenage boys and our pet beagles.
